Our premix is a ready-to-cook blend of high-quality ingredients that brings you the taste of home in minutes — just add water, milk or other minimal steps and you’re ready to enjoy.
Typically just one to three steps: open the pack, mix with your choice of liquid (or follow the variant’s instructions), cook or blend if needed, and serve — fast and hassle-free.
Many of our mixes are designed to be ready in 10-20 minutes (or less, depending on the variant). For example, Motu Chef’s Instant Kalakand Mix is done in about 15 minutes.
We use carefully selected ingredients to ensure good flavour and convenience. We avoid unnecessary preservatives and artificial flavours wherever possible, so you get a reliable, tasty result.
All our premixes are 100% vegetarian friendly. For vegan status, please check the packaging of each variant — some may use dairy or milk-based ingredients depending on the flavour.
Each product’s packaging clearly lists allergens and dietary information (e.g., nuts, milk, gluten). We recommend reviewing this before purchase or consumption.
Store in a cool, dry place, away from heat and moisture. Once opened, seal properly or transfer to a suitable airtight container. Use within the time-suggested “once opened” timeframe printed on the pouch for best quality.
Our premixes come with a shelf life printed on the pack. Generally valid for many months when unopened and stored correctly. Actual date may vary by variant.
Yes — our premixes are designed for consistent taste and outcome each time you use them. You get the same flavour profile whether you’re using them for guests, everyday meals, or quick snack prep.
Absolutely — the recipe on the pack gives the standard method. You’re welcome to adjust for your own preference: add more or less liquid, reduce or increase heat, garnish or pair as you like.
Yes — we ship across India through our website (and through partner retailers/marketplaces). In some locations you might find our premixes in local stores too (check availability in your city).
